The executives of the BPA meet weekly to participate in a one-of-a-kind organization to discuss both business and the community. They talk about how members can help one another - whether it be professionally or personally as well as other businesses that may have a need for their particular expertise. BPA is a group of trusted peers that use their strategic alliance in a positive, supportive and confidential environment. They seek advice from one another and expect honest feedback in return.

It’s also a powerful way to improve decision making, personal and professional growth. Being successful in business means having the right set of business relationships. Making and maintaining professional relationships is essential to career growth, business development and personal growth, regardless of whether you have or own your own business or work for someone else.

Another important goal of the BPA is to provide business and personal coaching, educational and leadership workshops – most of which are geared towards the Weston population – recognizing that Weston is a thriving business community. The BPA shows appreciation for their good fortune by giving back to the Broward community through service and financial contributions.

Not just anyone can join the BPA. New members are strategically chosen, one member per industry, and eligibility must be voted on by the group.

The BPA would like to bring its think tank philosophy to citizens from all walks of life so that we can share these experiences and help others outside the group in their professional and personal lives.
